Working with Darlene on a casket spray was such a pleasant experience. She was professional and an absolute sweetheart during such a hard time. She went above and beyond with her customer service. The arrangement was delivered on time with no issues. The arrangement itself was so beautiful-There’s no question how much time and care she took arranging and designing. I ordered the Best Day Bouquet for my grandma’s birthday, and she absolutely loved it! The arrangement was bright, cheerful, and beautifully put together. She especially loved the lower vase, which made it easy to display, and appreciated that the bouquet wasn’t filled with a ton of roses—it had a nice variety of flowers that made it feel unique. It was the perfect birthday surprise, and I would definitely order again!

Love this tractor planter. Ordered online for pickup. When I went to pick it up the lady working was super helpful. She helped me pick some fake floral and stems to create an arrangement to put in it. 10/10 would recommend artisan floral & gift boutique.

We ordered 15 table vases with two Iris blossoms each. They added greenery that really put the arrangements over the top. It was very nice. We are very happy with the service and their professional eye in making the arrangements special.

Recently we needed to send a floral arrangement to a service in Bryan, from the moment Darleen answered the phone she was beyond helpful & sweet. She actually personally knew the recipient of the arrangement, and was happy to provide us suggestions on what they would have enjoyed. I am and have always been impressed with the service. There was a slight error on my order, and I received a phone call immediately, and the order was corrected before it ever left the store.
